Leadership Is a Trust

A formation address for ministry gatherings, conferences, programs. 60 to 75-minutes that reframe leadership as stewardship and formation, traced through the Five-Pillar Formation Arc. Delivered to audiences that range from intimate team retreats to large gatherings/conferences for leaders. Engagements begins at $2,500

Half and Full- Day Workshops

Workshops are contained formation experiences that move leaders through the Five-Pillar Formation Arc. Group size is capped at 20 participants. The work is reflective, paced for depth and supported by a printed participant workbook.  Half-day and full-day experiences are available. Engagements begin at $3,500

Leadership Coaching

All coaching engagements are grounded in The GEMS Leadership Formation Practice.  The Single Conversation is a 75-minute reflective session for leaders carrying a specific question, decision, or moment of complexity; $300 per session.  Seasonal Formation is four months of paired work for leaders moving through a specific season such as a transition, a new role, a defined challenge.

Fruit of the Spirit Reflection

Fruit of the Spirit: A Leadership Reflection on Character Under Responsibility is offered freely to leaders who want to attend to the inner work between and beyond engagement.  This reflection is an invitation to notice what is being formed in you as you carry responsibility. The reflection moves through the fruit  of the spirit — Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control — each with reflection prompts and an intentional practice.
